Inspect
Our professional service person will meet you at your residence to get acquainted with your ventilation system. We'll explain the cleaning process, answer your questions, and confirm pricing.

Setup
On the day of the cleaning, we'll arrive with our equipment and promptly begin sealing-off ducts in preparation for the cleaning.

Clean
We'll clean cold air and supply-side intakes, vents and the furnace filter box.
Air Whip
We use an air whip to break up debris in the ductwork. Air whip systems clean fast and with zero abrasion.
Air Blast
We then apply a reverse air blast with a 5000CFM HEPA system to pull debris into the collection bag.
Vacuum
We brush and vacuum all air vents.
Results
If you're curious, we'll show you the collection bag so you can see how effective the cleaning was.

Sanitize
(Optional)
If you've opted for sanitizing, we'll apply an EPA safety-rated formulation into the duct system using a low-volume spray fogger.

This product is EPA-registered for use in HVAC systems. EnviroCon is highly-effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
An enhanced benefit of EnviroCon is its low toxicity and safety rating from the EPA. As a result, EnviroCon may be used in occupied spaces. It does not use any environmentally damaging propellants or flammable ingredients.
